With this transaction, its 16th, AGENA3000 further strengthens its international development.
1. A Strategic Milestone in Our Development
The integration of DocProcess marks a new step in AGENA3000 Group’s growing innovation strategy. By strengthening its capabilities in business process automation—particularly procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, e-invoicing, and e-transport—the company enriches its overall offering in three key areas:
- Optimization of data exchange quality and efficiency
- Acceleration of companies’ digital transformation
- Reinforcement of its position as a leader in integrated data management, a path already taken through previous acquisitions (ConsoTrust, SRC)
This new acquisition accelerates the group’s development in Europe and strengthens its expert teams by integrating nearly 50 employees in Romania and France, specialized in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.

DocProcess brings the BEA (Business Ecosystem Automation) platform to AGENA3000, specifically designed to automate business processes across multiple sectors—finance, procurement, retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, banking, and insurance—with modules such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, B2G e-invoicing, e-Factura, and e-Transport.
This technological addition strengthens AGENA3000’s ecosystem, which already offers a complete range of products (E-Invoicing, PIM, EDI, TPM, etc.) addressing the challenges of performance, compliance, and internationalization.
