The world around us is digitizing and changing rapidly. Consumers are buying more and more online, making increasingly higher demands on online shopping (e.g. if there is no image available somewhere, the consumer will continue shopping). This means that organizations have to keep their product data in order and they also have to be able to respond more quickly to changes. Using a Product Information Management (PIM) system, organizations can collect and manage all information about products centrally (data about dimensions, description, images, availability, etc.). Moreover, this data can be published quickly and efficiently on all kinds of channels (including websites, webshops, brochures, etc.).
Various sectors (food and drugstore, do-it-yourself, healthcare, etc.) have mutually agreed on which product information is exchanged and how this must be recorded (in so-called industry standards). Our PIM solution is the only one in the Netherlands that has full integration with and complies with the various (inter)national industry standards. The major advantage for customers is that they always have the right product data model, including the associated quality requirements.
SRC was founded in 1987 and has a long and rich history as a supplier of high-quality PIM (Product Information Management) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions. What are you going to do?
The product information is stored centrally in our PIM system. The product information is then shared with external parties from our PIM system. We guarantee that the product information that is sent is always in accordance with the agreements that have been made about this (first-time-right principle). Because the product information is sent to different target groups and different countries, this means that we have to implement and maintain various data models within our software.
And that is exactly what you will do: you will implement new data models and then you will manage, maintain and possibly expand these new data models and the existing models. Through your work, you immediately increase the quality of our PIM solution for the customer. We ensure that you are properly trained and understand how all those different data models work. We also learn how you can set up new models, how you can maintain the quality that the data rules must meet. If you like puzzles, you will learn and understand quickly enough how this works. In short, a great position in which you can make a difference!

What do you bring:
- MBO/HBO work and thinking level
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with XML is a plus
- Good command of the English and Dutch language in word and writing
- German language proficiency is a plus
